Threndzs Return Disclosure

At Threndzs, we are committed to providing you with high-quality clothing and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product, and we want to make this process as smooth as possible. Please take a moment to review our return policy:

1. Returns and Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the original purchase date.

2. Eligibility

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Items must include all original tags and packaging.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been personalized or customized.
  • Each item returned must be in mint condition in order to be eligible for a refund. 
  • Final Sale items are ineligible to be returned. Purchase is as is. 

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at info@threndzs.com
  • Provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
  • We will provide you with further instructions, including a return shipping label if applicable.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow at least 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we receive the returned item.
  • Once item has been refunded, you will receive an email confirmation. 
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

5. Exchanges

  • If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please let our  team know via email when initiating the return.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability.
  • We will ship the exchanged item to you free of charge.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

7. Final Sale Items

  • Some items may be marked as "Final Sale" and are not eligible for return or exchange. Please check product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

8. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective/damaged item.
